NHS Southampton City Community Health and Well-Being Grants of up to £5000 are available to voluntary and community groups for projects that take place during 2012 and 2013 that:
- Improve the quality of life of the people of the City and reduce inequalities.
- Support NHS Southampton City to meet its strategic and local delivery objectives.
As requests for the grants are likely to be more than the available budget the Panel may not be able to fully fund requests and reserves the right to part fund.
Grants will only be awarded towards projects that meet the health needs of one or more of the NHS Southampton City priority client groups. Further details are available in the Guidance Notes.
