Who we are

We are responsible for planning and securing quality healthcare services, reducing inequalities and improving the health of the local population.

Trust Board is the decision-making body of the Primary Care Trust. We have recently joined with NHS Hampshire, NHS Isle of Wight and NHS Portsmouth to form the SHIP PCT Cluster.
We work in the Southampton city centre and surrounding areas. See where we work.

Public Health Team aims to improve the overall health of the people of Southampton. The team works collaboratively with a range of local services to assess and address the health needs and inequalities in the City, promote healthy living and develop strategies for health improvement.
